How do I know if a shop is open on a Sunday or Bank Holiday?

Most of the tenants display their opening hours on their doors. Telephone numbers for each shop are available on the store guide page should you wish to check. We close on Christmas day and Easter Sunday. We are open on Boxing Day.

Do you have late night shopping?

Most units close at 5.30pm. Sainsbury’s remains open on Thursdays and Fridays until 20:00, with Wilko remaining open until 18:30 on weekdays. On Sundays, a select number of retailers are open from 10.00 – 16:00.

What are the closing times of Kings Chase Shopping Centre multi-storey car park?

The Multi Storey Car Park is locked at the times below, so please ensure your parking is paid for and your vehicle collected from the Multi Storey Car Park BEFORE these times. The car park opens each morning at 06.15 Monday to Saturday and 07.30 on a Sunday

What are the parking charges at Kings Chase Shopping Centre multi-storey car park?

Parking is free For all customers for a maximum stay of 4 hours with no Return within 4 hours. For a full list of restrictions please see parking signage around the car park.

Here at Kings Chase, we pride ourselves on supporting local charities and are wholeheartedly committed to the community of Kingswood and the surrounding areas. Since the Centre opened in 1975, we have consistently offered active support to secular charitable and voluntary groups within the area, with opportunities to make collections or hold displays in the Centre. In addition, goods and services are made available, when possible, for the support of those who work hard for the community.

There are a number of cash points, including Sainsbury’s, Wilko, the Halifax, and the Santander on Regent Street

Do you offer toilet facilities for disabled customers or wheelchair users?

The Centre offers toilet facilities which are open in accordance with the Centre’s trading hours. A disabled toilet is available, and is opened using a radar key (please note a key is held on site, so please ask a member of the Security team or the Centre Manager for assistance). Whilst the disabled toilet can cater for a wheelchair, some users may find the space limited.

Do you offer baby changing facilities?

There is a facility in the ladies’ toilet only.
